AISI 304 Stainless Steel Hose Reel

Manufactured from high-grade AISI 304 stainless steel, this Flexbimec hose reel is designed for demanding environments where a standard powder-coated steel reel may not be suitable.

The stainless steel construction provides excellent resistance to corrosion and moisture, making the reel particularly well suited to frequently washed or damp working environments.

The heavy-duty spring retractable mechanism automatically rewinds the hose after use, keeping the work area clean and organised.

Automatic Hose Rewind

The spring-driven rewind system allows the hose to be pulled out easily and locked at the required working length.

Once the locking mechanism is released, the reel automatically retracts the hose for quick and convenient storage.

An adjustable hose stop allows the amount of hose remaining outside the reel to be set to suit the installation.

1" Alfaflex Water Hose

Supplied with 8 metres of high-quality 1" yellow Alfaflex water hose, designed for professional water transfer and washdown applications.

The hose features a flexible PVC construction with high-tensile textile reinforcement, providing an excellent combination of flexibility, strength and durability.

The large 1" internal diameter allows high volumes of water to pass through the hose with minimal restriction, making it particularly suitable for high-flow washdown pumps and large volumetric washers.

Wall or Floor Mounting

The reel features a large, heavy-duty mounting back plate, allowing it to be securely installed on either a wall or floor.

Integrated hose roller guides help the hose feed smoothly on and off the reel while reducing unnecessary wear during regular use.
