The Flexbimec 1" Retractable Hose Reel range is designed for professional applications requiring high flow rates and reliable automatic hose storage.

Manufactured from heavy-duty steel with a durable powder-coated finish, these reels are designed to withstand demanding industrial, agricultural and workshop environments.

Available in three reel sizes, the range can accommodate from 8 to 25 metres of 1" hose, or up to 30 metres of 3/4" hose.

The three reel sizes allow the system to be configured around the required hose diameter, working area and flow requirements.

Automatic Rewind & Hose Locking

Each reel features a heavy-duty spring retractable automatic rewind system, making it quick and easy to deploy and store large-diameter hose.

Simply pull out the required amount of hose and the reel will lock it at the required working length. Once the job is complete, release the locking mechanism and the spring-driven reel will automatically retract the hose neatly back onto the drum.

Four heavy-duty hose roller guides help the hose feed smoothly on and off the reel, reducing unnecessary wear while helping to prevent twisting, kinking and tangling.

The Flexbimec heavy-duty reel range is designed for demanding professional applications where strength and reliability are essential.

Each reel is manufactured from robust steel and protected with a high-quality powder-coated finish, providing additional resistance against corrosion and everyday wear.

With a maximum temperature rating of 100°C and working pressure of up to 20 Bar, the reel can be configured for a wide variety of applications when fitted with the appropriate hose.

High-Flow 1" Connections

The reels feature a 1" BSP inlet and 1" BSP swan neck outlet, making them particularly suitable for applications requiring high fluid flow rates.

A heavy-duty inlet swivel allows the reel drum to rotate freely while maintaining the supply connection, helping to prevent twisting and unnecessary strain on the hose and supply pipework.

Choosing the Correct Reel

For shorter working areas, the FL9030 provides a compact solution with up to 8 metres of 1" hose.

For medium-sized installations, the FL9034 increases the working range to 15 metres of 1" hose.

For larger facilities and applications requiring maximum reach, the FL9036 accommodates up to 25 metres of 1" hose or 30 metres of 3/4" hose.

Important: The reel specification does not determine fluid compatibility on its own. The hose, seals and all wetted components should be selected to suit the specific liquid, operating pressure and temperature of the application.
