This 4-stage static RO filtration system is built for continuous high-volume water production with low day-to-day maintenance. Mounted on a durable aluminium wall-mounted frame, it’s ideal for garages, workshops, depots, and commercial premises.

With production rates of approximately 350 litres per hour (depending on water pressure), this system is perfect for demanding commercial use.

Water Pressure Requirement

• Minimum required pressure: 60 PSI
• Recommended operating pressure: 60–90 PSI
• Low pressure below 50 PSI may reduce output and damage membranes
• Booster pump recommended for low-pressure water supplies

4-Stage Filtration Process

Stage 1 – Sediment Filtration

Removes dirt, rust, sand, and particles using a 20” polypropylene sediment filter.

Stage 2 – Carbon Filtration

High-performance carbon block removes chlorine, VOCs, pesticides, and contaminants.

Stage 3 – Reverse Osmosis

Dual 40” SRO-4040 membranes provide ultra-efficient filtration with up to 99% rejection rates.

Stage 4 – DI Resin Polishing

11L DI vessel removes remaining TDS for spotless pure water cleaning.
