The Honda GX200 Softwash Trolley System is a professional, petrol-powered chemical application unit designed for commercial exterior cleaning, roof cleaning and industrial softwashing.

Powered by a reliable Honda GX200 four-stroke petrol engine, this system features a premium Italian-made Comet P40 chemical-resistant pump. It delivers a maximum flow rate of 40 litres per minute at 20 bar (300 PSI), providing the flow and pressure required to apply softwash chemicals efficiently over large areas.

The pump is manufactured with Viton seals and 316-grade stainless steel check valves, making it suitable for use with sodium hypochlorite, biocides and commonly used softwash surfactants.

A heavy-duty trigger gun with an adjustable spray pattern allows the operator to control chemical application for different cleaning tasks. The system also includes 30 metres of acid-resistant PVC delivery hose, providing excellent working range when cleaning roofs, walls, cladding and other exterior surfaces.

Professional Chemical Application

The combination of a 40 LPM flow rate and adjustable spray nozzle allows softwash chemicals to be applied quickly and evenly. Its petrol-powered design makes the system suitable for sites where an electrical supply is unavailable or inconvenient.

The return-to-tank bypass continuously circulates unused chemical solution back to the supply tank when the trigger gun is closed. This helps regulate the system and allows the operator to control chemical application from the trigger gun.
