Heavy-Duty Manual Rewind Hose Reel

The Flexbimec manual hose reel provides a simple and reliable solution for storing and managing large-diameter hoses.

A robust manual hand crank allows the hose to be quickly and neatly rewound onto the drum after use. The manual mechanism offers excellent reliability with fewer moving components, making it particularly suitable for demanding professional applications.

Four heavy-duty hose roller guides help the hose feed smoothly on and off the reel while reducing unnecessary wear, twisting and tangling.

Powder-Coated Steel Construction

Manufactured from heavy-duty steel and protected with a durable powder-coated finish, the reel is designed to withstand regular use in agricultural, industrial and commercial environments.

The robust construction provides the strength required for large-diameter hoses while the protective coating helps resist corrosion and everyday wear.

High-Flow 1" Connections

The reel features a 1" BSP inlet with a 90-degree swivel and a 1" BSP outlet swan neck, making it particularly suitable for high-flow fluid transfer applications.

The swivel allows the reel drum to rotate freely while maintaining the fluid connection, while the large 1" inlet and outlet help minimise unnecessary flow restrictions.

Hose Capacity

Depending on the hose diameter required, the reel can accommodate:
